A company is looking for a Field Trainer for the Dallas/Houston area.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead in-person training sessions to help dental practices adopt intraoral scanning and digital workflows
• Provide real-time coaching and support to teams based on live observations
• Assess practice readiness and coordinate resources for successful training delivery

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical training experience in digital dentistry or dental technology
• Willingness to travel up to 85% for training purposes
• Proximity to major airports (DAL or HOU) within a 60-minute drive
• 3+ years of experience managing training logistics and multi-practice coordination
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for diverse audiences
