Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate training activities and program effectiveness
- Assess training needs and develop targeted training programs
- Create and deliver training materials and presentations using various instructional techniques
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
- 10+ years of related experience required
- Minimum 8 years of experience creating complete training content
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with engineering teams to develop training content
- Minimum 5 years of experience delivering training to external customers
