Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trainer, Provider Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and facilitate structured training programs for Provider Enrollment initiatives
• Provide ongoing training support and coaching based on observations in Provider Enrollment
• Create and update training materials to meet initial and ongoing training needs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in education, healthcare, or a related field
• Three or more years of relevant experience, preferably in an international corporate setting
• Experience in Customer Service/Call Center, AR, and/or Provider Enrollment
• Familiarity with virtual training solutions such as Teams, Zoom, or WebEx
• Fluency in English
