Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of small school and district accounts, ensuring effective onboarding and implementation
- Drive customer retention through proactive management of renewals and upsell opportunities
- Design and implement scalable support processes to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience using ST Math in a classroom or school setting
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Program Implementation, preferably in EdTech or SaaS
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Trello, or Google Workspace
- Strong analytical skills to monitor account health metrics and inform engagement strategies
- Ability to work remotely while residing in Iowa or Illinois
