Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate new hire orientation and professional development programs
- Develop and deliver interactive training sessions in various formats
- Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Adult Education, Training, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in a training and development role required
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office required
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems preferred
- Experience supervising and leading a team preferred
