Job Summary
A company is looking for a Training Coordinator to manage and coordinate educational programs within their Education Services Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and delivery of educational programs and training sessions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for instructors, learners, and stakeholders, providing timely communication regarding program details
- Maintain accurate records of program attendance and learner progress, generating reports to track program effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in program coordination or project management, preferably in education or software services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
- Experience in creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Familiarity with educational program management and coordination
