Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Doctorate Degree in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development, Organizational Leadership, or a related field required
• 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources Management or a related HR function required
• Teaching experience at the college level, particularly online, is strongly preferred
• Professional certification in the discipline specialty is preferred
• All degrees must be conferred from an accredited institution
