Key Responsibilities
- Build strong, trusted relationships with school and district leaders
- Generate new opportunities and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to signed agreement
- Represent the organization at regional events and collaborate with internal teams for successful implementation
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a school or district leader (e.g., principal, assistant principal, curriculum director)
- Strong understanding of foundational literacy and the science of reading
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with storytelling, strategy, and data-driven decision making
- A natural drive to sell, with experience in closing deals or pitching programs
