Job Summary
A company is looking for a Registrar I / II (OR/WA).
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the registration process by verifying and organizing required records
- Update and manage Academic Achievement Records through accurate data entry
- Prepare and verify lists of graduates and oversee the transfer of student records
Required Qualifications
- At least three (3) years of clerical or secretarial experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word; adaptability to new technologies
- Familiarity with record maintenance and state regulations
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
- A certification as a School Counselor, Social Worker, or School Psychologist
