Student Success Facilitator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Success Facilitator (Online/In-person).

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the delivery of English Immersion/Enhancement Program sessions
• Conduct regular Office Hours and mentor participants to support their language acquisition
• Collect and analyze data related to student attendance and engagement

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Experience teaching English as a Second/Foreign language
• Proven high level of English proficiency
• Strong commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
• Experience with project management and Learning Management Systems, particularly Canvas
