Remote Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trainer to evaluate employee performance and develop training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct training for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff
• Create and maintain training documentation and materials
• Research, design, and measure the effectiveness of training programs

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Demonstrated experience in English grammar and documentation preparation
• Knowledge of HIPAA, FCRA, NCQA, and URAC standards
• 2+ years of experience in Managed Care, Credentialing, Adult Training, or related fields preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Google applications and internet tools
