Job Summary
A company is looking for a Trainer to evaluate employee performance and develop training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and conduct training for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff
- Create and maintain training documentation and materials
- Research, design, and measure the effectiveness of training programs
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Demonstrated experience in English grammar and documentation preparation
- Knowledge of HIPAA, FCRA, NCQA, and URAC standards
- 2+ years of experience in Managed Care, Credentialing, Adult Training, or related fields preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Google applications and internet tools
