Key Responsibilities
- Engage with students to facilitate their academic progression through meaningful interactions
- Manage inbound and outbound student calls while completing assigned work items
- Create action plans to resolve complex student concerns and support their long-term success
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree completed prior to applying
- Must reside in one of the specified states: AZ, CO, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, UT, WA, WY
- Proficient in computer applications and able to learn proprietary software
- General knowledge of the higher education industry and related fields of study
- Strong analytical skills to assess student needs and determine appropriate actions
