A company is looking for a Student Success Coach to provide support and guidance to students in their training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach students to help them overcome challenges related to motivation, grades, or payments
- Provide timely support and resolve inquiries using Front/HubSpot
- Respond to inquiries from current and potential students via phone, email, SMS, and social media
Required Qualifications
- Two years of experience in a career services or student coaching role (preferred)
- Experience with Front, Freshdesk, or HubSpot (preferred)
- A reliable computer capable of multitasking with online tools and video conferencing software
- High-speed internet connection
- A quiet, professional workspace
