A company is looking for an Enterprise LMS Manager to lead the administration and continuous improvement of its Learning Management System.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator and owner of the enterprise LMS
- Oversee LMS configuration, integration with other systems, and vendor relationships
- Maintain system updates, user access controls, and data integrity
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing an enterprise-level LMS
- Proven experience leading cross-functional training initiatives and systems administration
- Strong understanding of LMS data structures, SCORM/xAPI, SSO, and integration protocols
- Preferred Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPLP, ATD, SHRM, PMP)
