Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver blended learning programs to help employees adopt new tools and ways of working
- Build engaging curricula to support specific behavior shifts within teams
- Develop learning assets such as playbooks and facilitator guides, managing the creation process end-to-end
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in learning experience design or instructional design
- Proven ability to create learning content, including playbooks and walkthroughs
- Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams
- Project management skills and ability to self-direct in a fast-paced environment
