Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer (Remote Part Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive eLearning modules and digital learning materials
• Transform in-person training sessions into self-paced, on-demand learning experiences
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training objectives and content needs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or a related field
• Proficiency in eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
• Strong understanding of instructional systems design (ISD) principles and adult learning theories
• Experience in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), particularly Workday Learning
