Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Consultant (Remote) - Temporary Position.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs analysis to identify training gaps and develop scalable learning plans
• Design and maintain engaging online learning content that meets evolving business needs
• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in various formats to enhance learner understanding

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years in a learning and development or enablement role
• Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
• Experience in documenting standard work processes
• Familiarity with learning platforms or LMS/LXP tools
