Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, identifying performance gaps and recommending innovative learning solutions
- Lead discovery efforts to uncover root causes and apply systems thinking to drive impactful solutions
- Manage learning projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with business goals and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields or a High School Diploma/GED with four years of relevant work experience
- Seven years of prior work experience in learning and development or related areas
- Proven ability to connect systems and functions to drive enterprise-aligned solutions
- Experience in navigating ambiguity and adapting to fast-paced environments
- Passion for empowering individuals and organizations through learning and transformation
