Job Summary
A company is looking for an Online Education Specialist to support on-demand education and course building in the title insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation, uploading, and maintenance of course content and learning materials in the LMS
- Coordinate with agency states to provide on-demand education and maintain user accounts
- Prepare and distribute attendance reports and generate specialized reports to track training completion and engagement
Required Qualifications
- Previous title insurance experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Absorb or other Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- High school graduate with five years of administrative experience
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
