Texas Licensed Mathematics Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Coach, Mathematics (9-12).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Tier 2 instruction is aligned with STAAR standards and implemented effectively
• Coach and support Tier 2 teachers in identifying and promoting effective instructional strategies
• Monitor student progress and design targeted follow-up instruction based on performance data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
• A valid Texas teaching certificate with an endorsement in Mathematics, Grades 7-12
• 3-5 years of successful mathematics classroom teaching experience
• Strong knowledge of Tier 2 intervention strategies and assessment tools
• Experience in analyzing student performance data to guide instruction
