Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Specialist to develop web-based training content for clinical and administrative workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with training leads and subject matter experts to assess training needs and define learning objectives
• Design and develop interactive, web-based training modules using Articulate360
• Create job aids and supplemental training materials to reinforce learning and support end users

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with Articulate360 or similar e-learning authoring tools
• Experience creating training support materials such as job aids and facilitation guides
• Ability to quickly learn and master new content and workflows
