Job Summary

A company is looking for an Academic Counselor for secondary education (grades 9-12).

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings and support individualized education plans
• Foster relationships with students, parents, and staff while managing school support operations
• Conduct progress checks on student performance and provide guidance on state testing

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher from an accredited institution
• Active School Counseling certification in the State of Texas
• At least one year of successful School Counseling experience
• Experience using a student information system or database
• Ability to pass required background and social media checks
