Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or HR enablement
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in HR or learning environments
- Experience with digital learning platforms, including content curation and campaign execution
- Ability to manage projects and collaborate cross-functionally
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring learning outcomes
