Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Learning Innovation and Employee Experience Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Curate and deliver learning pathways and design training programs for managers and employees
• Support the integration of AI tools to enhance learning operations and improve efficiency
• Develop communication plans to support learning initiatives and contribute to program design and strategy

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or HR enablement
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in HR or learning environments
• Experience with digital learning platforms, including content curation and campaign execution
• Ability to manage projects and collaborate cross-functionally
• Data-driven mindset with experience measuring learning outcomes
