• Teach career development and research courses with a load of 4 courses per semester
• Engage in service to the program, university, and profession through mentoring and committee involvement
• Assess and redesign curriculum annually to maintain relevance in today's career fields

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field
• Two or more years of relevant teaching experience in higher education
• Experience teaching fully online courses
• Experience leading undergraduate capstone/practicum projects
• Ability to teach college-level courses and mentor diverse undergraduate students
