Organic Chemistry Faculty

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Faculty in Organic Chemistry (Virtual).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver course content and assessments while ensuring timely availability of materials
• Maintain an engaged classroom presence and proactively address student academic issues
• Perform additional duties such as tutoring and overseeing clinical/practicum experiences

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree or higher in Chemistry or a related field, or a Master's in any area with 18 graduate credits in Chemistry
• Must have current (within 3 years) relevant professional experience, teaching, and/or scholarship
• Alternatively, a Master's degree with 5 years of professional/teaching experience in Chemistry (some within the last 5 years)
• Degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution
• Familiarity with adult education teaching and learning theory is preferred
