Job Summary
A company is looking for a T3 Onboarding & Education Specialist to design and implement training programs for internal teams and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver onboarding and training content tailored to specific roles or use cases
- Facilitate implementation for new customers and manage a library of training resources
- Track onboarding progress and gather feedback to continuously improve training strategies
Required Qualifications
- Experience in developing and delivering training content in various formats
- Proficiency with G-Suite applications
- At least 2 years of experience in training, onboarding, or customer-facing support roles
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher preferred
- Familiarity with onboarding best practices and adult learning principles
