Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Instructional Designer responsible for creating and developing educational materials and training programs focused on technical subjects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and objectives
• Develop curriculum and create learning materials, including e-learning modules and assessments
• Utilize learning management systems to deliver and track course content

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of instructional design or content development experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in developing training materials for technical processes or software
• Familiarity with learning management systems and instructional technologies
• Ability to deliver training materials under tight deadlines
