Training Services Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Training Services Coordination and Logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day training development and delivery tasks
• Identify training needs and design programs in collaboration with other departments
• Oversee training preparation, including equipment and resource management

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university in a relevant field
• 3+ years of experience in Pharma, Healthcare, Insurance, Training, or Learning and Development
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content creation
• Background in instructional design and proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Knowledge of blended training materials and principles of instructional design
