Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer 4 based in Colombia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality instructional materials and engaging learning solutions across various platforms
• Recommend and experiment with innovative tools and technologies, including AI, to enhance learning experiences
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and manage stakeholder feedback to refine training materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• Strong experience in Instructional Design, particularly in tech or sales environments
• Proficiency with Articulate 360, Camtasia, and other authoring tools
• Experience working with global teams and navigating matrixed corporate environments
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools in instructional design or project workflows
