Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nursing Professional Development Practitioner for Solid Organ Transplant Clinics.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning and bridge knowledge gaps through educational design processes
• Act as a change agent to transform processes using project management and improvement strategies
• Support the professional development of nursing staff and promote evidence-based practice

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a related field within 3 years of hire
• 3 years of directly related experience in a hospital or clinic setting
• Registered Nurse licensure by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire
• Basic Life Support certification upon hire
• Certification in Nursing Professional Development required within 1.5 years
