A company is looking for a Part-Time Essay Coach to assist high school seniors with their college application essays.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach students through the college application essay writing process via an online platform
• Identify and correct spelling, punctuation, and grammatical errors while providing constructive feedback
• Encourage and inspire students to make strong revisions to their essays

Required Qualifications

• B.A. in English, writing, education, or significant editing experience in another field
• Strong editing skills with attention to detail in grammar and structure
• Genuine interest in student narratives and ability to provide personalized feedback
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work and enthusiasm in a part-time role
• Availability to work 15-25 hours a week from August through December
