Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjunct Faculty for an Online Course in Human Factors I: Principles and Fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach BSHF 300 - Human Factors I, focusing on the principles of Human Factors Psychology
• Facilitate student understanding of the interaction between people and machine elements
• Ensure compliance with university policies regarding adjunct faculty qualifications and location

Required Qualifications

• Doctor's or Master's degree in teaching discipline or a Master's degree with a concentration in teaching discipline (minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in the teaching discipline)
• Degrees in Psychology, Neuroscience, Cognition, or Human Factors are preferred
• Related disciplines may include Engineering or Human Factors Engineering
• Proof of qualifications, including official transcripts and relevant experience, is required
• Must be physically located within the United States while working for the university
