A company is looking for an Academic Program Support Specialist to provide administrative and faculty support for academic programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with class preparation, exam preparation/distribution, and LMS support
- Coordinate logistics for events and programs, including travel and accommodations
- Order class materials, maintain office supplies, and schedule meetings
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- Four years of relevant experience (a bachelor's degree may substitute for years of experience)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel (preferred)
- Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative customer service environment
- Experience in university faculty support or higher education administration (preferred)
