Job Summary
A company is looking for an Instructional Systems Designer to lead the design and development of engaging learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct needs analysis, define learning objectives, and design instructional strategies using adult learning theory
- Create multimedia elements including storyboards, scripts, graphics, and eLearning courses ensuring compliance with SCORM and 508 standards
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in instructional systems design, preferably in corporate or government settings
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and graphic design software
- Experience in administering and managing an LMS
- Knowledge of Section 508 and accessibility standards
- A bachelor's degree or higher in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field is preferred
