Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Learning Experience Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to identify learning needs and track results of initiatives
• Conduct learning needs analyses and design effective learning strategies
• Manage projects by creating and maintaining project plans and communicating progress

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in designing learner-centered training programs
• 5+ years of experience conducting learning needs analyses
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and familiarity with learning management systems
• Working knowledge of adult learning and instructional design principles
