A company is looking for a Senior Learning Experience Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to identify learning needs and track results of initiatives
- Conduct learning needs analyses and design effective learning strategies
- Manage projects by creating and maintaining project plans and communicating progress
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in designing learner-centered training programs
- 5+ years of experience conducting learning needs analyses
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and familiarity with learning management systems
- Working knowledge of adult learning and instructional design principles
