Key Responsibilities
- Build a structured, scalable client onboarding and training experience for technical end users in the revenue cycle
- Develop and maintain reusable train-the-trainer materials for various teams to support users
- Partner with subject matter experts to create engaging, actionable training content based on real-world use cases
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in designing and delivering user onboarding for technical workflows, with a focus on healthcare revenue cycle
- Strong instructional design foundation and understanding of adult learning principles
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally to create impactful learning materials from evolving product workflows
- High degree of autonomy and initiative in a startup environment
- Exceptional collaboration skills with a focus on action and iterative learning
