A company is looking for a Training Content Specialist II to create and implement training materials for internal and client-facing needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, design, and manage the production of training materials using various multimedia channels
- Manage and track training requests and job progress through the Salesforce workflow
- Develop standardized content and manage the delivery of client-facing training materials
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in developing training materials and working with training methodologies
- Proficiency in Adobe Captivate, video editing software, and Photoshop
- Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, graphic design, communications, or a related field
- Experience creating customer-focused solutions, preferably in the education industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
