A company is looking for a Head of Technical Enablement & Partner Readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead the Technical Bootcamp for onboarding new hires and partners
- Create and manage interactive labs and Capture the Flag (CTF) programs to reinforce technical skills
- Deliver targeted enablement programs for Sales Engineers, Technical Account Managers, Support Engineers, and Partners
Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical enablement or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
- Strong technical background in public cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and cloud-native technologies
- Proven ability to design and scale enablement programs with measurable outcomes
- Experience in building partner readiness frameworks and certification programs
- Familiarity with gamification and experiential learning methods
