Job Summary
A company is looking for an Educator Experience Lead to support and enhance the community of independent educators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead educator communications and track sentiment to keep educators informed and engaged
- Advocate for educators in collaboration with Product, Design, and Marketing teams to improve their experience
- Create effective onboarding experiences and manage community programs to support educator growth
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years in customer success, community management, education programming, or related roles
- Experience working with educators is a plus
- Proven ability to collaborate with Product and Design teams
- Skilled in using qualitative and quantitative data to drive strategy
- Comfortable navigating cross-functional environments
