Salesforce Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Education, Training, and Outreach Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training discovery sessions and develop training plans and materials
• Create communication materials and ensure compliance with Section 508 standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze training needs and present ETO deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five (5)+ years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in Section 508 Compliance for documents
• Knowledge of Salesforce is required
• Experience creating training materials and end-to-end workflows
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance and residency in the U.S. for at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years
