Cash Posting Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cash Posting Rep II to support the back-end cash posting function for customer sites across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely application of payments to customer accounts
• Investigate and analyze accounts to identify process barriers and workflow opportunities
• Conduct audits and controls for compliance and develop training materials for Cash Posting Operations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to organize work and meet established deadlines
• Basic Excel experience preferred
• Experience in revenue cycle management and/or claims processing is desirable
• Ability to work with global operations for training and communication
