A company is looking for a Cash Posting Rep II to support the back-end cash posting function for customer sites across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely application of payments to customer accounts
- Investigate and analyze accounts to identify process barriers and workflow opportunities
- Conduct audits and controls for compliance and develop training materials for Cash Posting Operations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to organize work and meet established deadlines
- Basic Excel experience preferred
- Experience in revenue cycle management and/or claims processing is desirable
- Ability to work with global operations for training and communication
