Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Enterprise Coder Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Review physician documentation and assign appropriate codes and modifiers for services rendered
• Communicate documentation discrepancies and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure proper coding practices
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding regulations and guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• 2 years of work experience in coding
• Substantial knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and modifiers
• Certification as a CPC, CPC-A, CCSP, CCA, RHIT, or CBCS
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft software
