Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collateral Review Appraiser.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review appraisal reports for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with standards and guidelines
• Identify potential risks associated with collateral and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to federal and state laws, regulations, and company policies

Required Qualifications:

• Active Certified or Licensed Residential Appraiser with at least 10 years of experience
• Proven expertise in managing high-volume appraisal escalations and vendor performance
• In-depth knowledge of appraisal regulations and industry standards
• Strong understanding of Appraiser Independence Requirements (AIR)
