Key Responsibilities
- Lead deployment management of the Unified Experience to customers
- Manage onboarding funnels and customer outreach strategies
- Serve as the primary point of contact during hypercare periods and lead customer feedback loops
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in change management, customer success, or deployment leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI for analytics
- PMP or Prosci Change Management certification is a plus
- Project management mindset with proven ability to manage multiple deployments
