Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Consultant specializing in ServiceNow CSM, FSM, and SPM.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on development assistance and configure new applications within the ServiceNow platform
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement new functionalities
- Lead technical implementation teams and conduct training sessions for customers
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation and customization
- 3+ years of experience with web technologies and networking (e.g., XML, HTML, JavaScript)
- Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies and IT Service Management processes
- Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) and REST/SOAP web services integrations
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification and Implementation Specialist certification in two or more application areas
