ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Consultant specializing in ServiceNow CSM, FSM, and SPM.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on development assistance and configure new applications within the ServiceNow platform
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement new functionalities
• Lead technical implementation teams and conduct training sessions for customers

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation and customization
• 3+ years of experience with web technologies and networking (e.g., XML, HTML, JavaScript)
• Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies and IT Service Management processes
• Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) and REST/SOAP web services integrations
• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification and Implementation Specialist certification in two or more application areas
