Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Monitoring and Evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the M&E team to assess and improve program effectiveness and outcomes using mixed-methods data analysis
- Design and implement M&E frameworks, tools, and systems to measure and communicate program impact
- Provide training and technical assistance to staff on M&E best practices and ensure integration of lessons learned into program design
Qualifications and Requirements
- Advanced degree in social sciences, international development, or related field, or significant professional experience in M&E
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in designing and implementing M&E systems in nonprofit or NGO settings
- Proven success in operating M&E systems from program design to closeout stages
- Demonstrated expertise in evaluation methodologies and data analysis
- Experience with training or capacity building related to monitoring and evaluation is highly preferred
