Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Mgr, Solution Consulting- State and Local.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Solution Consultants demonstrate relevance to customers and deliver high-quality presentations and proofs of concept
• Develop team members and maintain a recruiting pipeline to meet future business demands
• Manage day-to-day activities, including resource scheduling, expense review, and activity reporting

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with the specific needs and regulatory requirements of state and local government organizations
• Knowledge of industry best practices in the State and Local Government sector
• 7 years of experience in presales and managing presales teams
• Deep experience with the US market and access to senior management
• Understanding of SaaS and PaaS solutions and Service Management practices
