Job Summary
A company is looking for a Plan Documents Specialist Jr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in client implementation and plan changes, ensuring accurate document preparation
- Manage benefit plan documentation processes, including drafting and reviewing plan documents
- Stay current on compliance requirements and elevate client issues to leadership when necessary
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of employee benefits paralegal or similar job experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Health and Welfare benefit consulting with ERISA & Non-ERISA plans
- 3 years of experience in client management related to self-funding document creation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience preferred
- Experience with DOL Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) templates is a plus
