Job Summary

A company is looking for a Plan Documents Specialist Jr.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in client implementation and plan changes, ensuring accurate document preparation
  • Manage benefit plan documentation processes, including drafting and reviewing plan documents
  • Stay current on compliance requirements and elevate client issues to leadership when necessary
Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of employee benefits paralegal or similar job experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in Health and Welfare benefit consulting with ERISA & Non-ERISA plans
  • 3 years of experience in client management related to self-funding document creation
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience preferred
  • Experience with DOL Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) templates is a plus
