Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst - Intermediate.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage software deployment processes, including planning and coordinating tasks
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to align release schedules
• Document and maintain deployment procedures, project requirements, and technical documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related field, or a High School Diploma with 6 years of experience as a business analyst
• 2 years of experience as a business analyst or in software development/support
• Experience with Jira, database queries (SQL), and Agile development processes
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications/user stories
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues during the development lifecycle
