A company is looking for a Business Analyst to develop and implement business process improvements and system changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, research, test, and implement business process improvements and system changes
- Evaluate business process changes to identify impacts and benefits, and create workflow diagrams
- Provide training and post-implementation support, including problem resolution and change management
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in data gathering, research, and analytics
- Experience with financial and risk analysis, including cost-benefit analysis
- 2+ years of experience using project planning techniques and methodologies
- 2+ years of business process analytics skills, including proficiency in Excel and flowcharting
